Manager-Creative Designer(Full Part/Part time)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field. Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house. Web team for a product-driven business.

Skills required:

  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.
  • Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web-design and development principles
  • Deep knowledge with Web design processes
  • Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop in particular.
  • Working knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe In-Design etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To source students from the market through different channels for Training Program run by DDU-GKY.
  • Collecting and Maintaining the database of the students
  • Check the eligibility of candidates as per policy of DDU-GKY.
  • Follow the complete process of collecting the Documents, checking for edibility as per DDU-GKY Policy & submitting the same at training Center.
  • Ensure that participants are regular in course and in discipline, In case of drop out need to follow with candidate for the same.

Graduate/MBA with minimum 7 years of experience in handling Govt. funded skill development and placement linked projects as a state/regional head. Prior experience of DDUGKY operations will help.

  • Liasioning with State Govt. authorities and maintain a fruitful working relationship ensuring prompt issue redressal and timely payments/approvals
  • Ensuing robust training operations meeting aligned criteria on key academic parameters-assessments and student retention
  • Placement support-working with placement team to ensure quality placement of trained candidates as per project mandate
