Career Development Centre:

IES University fosters an environment for the holistic development of the student. We not only train the students accrue lucrative job opportunities in leading MNCs but also apprise and encourage to transform them from a job seeker to a job creator through Entrepreneurship Development Programs.

Career Development Centre counsels the students based on the their aptitude and interest in varied sectors like- Government sectors, PSUs and Private sector or even Higher Studies and also frequently organizes Orientation programs, guest lectures, industry visits, forums, corporate get-togethers and Alumni Interaction etc.

IES University feels extremely proud to state that our Institute has been able to provide generative and skilled human resources to navigate the country's growth engine. Since the year 1999, the group has placed over 80% students in various companies across the globe.

The growth of a University is reflected by the successful placements of its students. IES University provides the opportunity to every single child to explore their inherent potentials and also acquire new skill sets to meet the corporate standards resulting in which the graph of placements by the group has always ascended. The Training and Placement Cell of the group is very scrupulous in terms of connectivity with Companies worldwide and works assiduously for the training and placement of the students. The best part of the placements at the group is that every student is encouraged to appear in as many interviews as they wish unless they succeed.
