Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) is a four year undergraduate course (divided into 8 semesters) and deals with different aspects of drugs, including their history, synthesis, formulation and development, evaluation, pharmacology and their dosage.
The study of the course enables candidate to have detail knowledge of medicine and practice as a pharmacist/researcher/production/marketing and to serve in various govt. jobs etc.
This course is approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE).
Programme Objectives
Knowledge- To provide necessary skill set in the aura of students to be competent to serve the society. Preparation- To inculcate and develop passion for discovery and innovations by extending his knowledge in creating novel herbal and synthetic pharmaceutical products. Exposure- To produce pharmacy graduates with vital tool to empower the pharmaceutical industries, hospitals and institutes. Competence- To produce pharmacist to be able to necessitate conscious awareness and ongoing intentional effort towards social competence. Technocrats- To deduce the ability of entrepreneurship that support growth of pharmaceutical intellectual property and contribute for economic development throughout the society.
Editorialize- To train students with ethical and professional attitude with effective communication skills and team work to relate pharmaceutical sciences to broader social context.

The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC as per State Government Norms.
Admission Process
The Admission Cell of the University is responsible for facilitating admissions to the desired courses. Admission is through Entrance test/ Interview/ Counselling.
Step 1
Download the admission application form from the University's official website and submit the same with a demand draft of prescribed fee drawn in favor of IES University payable at Bhopal.
Step 2
Fill in and submit application form online along with prescribed fee.
Step 3
Buy in person on payment of prescribed fee from the admission cell of IES University Bhopal.
Step 4
Candidates who fulfills the eligibility criteria for seeking admission to a Department/Institute shall, submit the duly filled in admission application form on or before the last date prescribed for the same.
Step 5
After scrutiny, if the candidate is found to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University, he/she shall be called to appear for the counseling.
