Post Basic Nursing (PB B.Sc.) is a two-year duration undergraduate course in nursing.
Nurses are healthcare professionals who often work in hospitals or outpatient facilities to provide hands-on care to patients by monitoring their medical condition, administering medications, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.
In Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (also referred to as PB BSc), candidates are provided a holistic mixture of classroom lectures and hands-on training.
Programme Objectives
The primary objective of the Post Basic Diploma Nursing program is to equip registered nurses with specialized knowledge and skills in areas such as clinical nursing, community health, maternal and child health, and mental health nursing. The program aims to prepare nurses to assume leadership roles, contribute to evidence-based practice, and deliver high-quality patient care.

Sr. Secondary (10+2) in PCB/PCMB with minimum 45% marks from recognized Board / University Candidates should be registered as Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) Candidates should possess a three-year diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.

Download the admission application form from the University's official website and submit the same with a demand draft of prescribed fee drawn in favor of IES University payable at Bhopal.
Step 2
Fill in and submit application form online along with prescribed fee.
Step 3
Buy in person on payment of prescribed fee from the admission cell of IES University Bhopal.
Step 4
Candidates who fulfills the eligibility criteria for seeking admission to a Department/Institute shall, submit the duly filled in admission application form on or before the last date prescribed for the same.
Step 5
After scrutiny, if the candidate is found to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University, he/she shall be called to appear for the counseling.
