The Department of Cyber Security is a part of IES Institute of Technology and Management, a constituent unit under the IES University.
The university has well furnished laboratories and digital class rooms, software and library with more than 15000 volumes of text books and reference books with subscribed e-journals.
The Department of Cyber Security Engineering is intended to prepare competent, creative and innovative Cyber Security Engineers who can protect computer and networking systems from potential hackers and cyber-attacks.
These engineers can safeguard sensitive data from hackers and cyber-criminals that often create new ways to infiltrate sensitive databases.
