The Department of Business Management has been set up in tune with high corporate standards, infrastructure and quality benchmarks. It is well equipped to provide state-of-the-art facilities to students reinforcing our commitment to assure every student makes the most out of the time spent in the campus. The department has adequate facilities to support teaching, learning and research activities under the mentorship of experienced and highly qualified, research oriented as well as industry experienced faculty members. The faculty members carry glorious past experiences of academics, corporate and consultancy spheres. The faculty members uniquely integrate academic excellence with practical application aimed towards producing professionals who will not be just managers, but also dynamic faculty members, researchers and social change agents.

The department aims to equip the students with the best management practices and live exposure to real life challenges. It believes in nurturing students not only with the intention of developing a positive attitude in them but also making them conversant with the latest trends and contemporary practices of the hospitality industry. To ensure that the students imbibe the latest methodologies and approaches being followed by the prominent players in the field of hospitality, specialized lectures and demonstrations by the hotel professionals and experts along with visits to various hotels and service industry are organized on a regular basis. The Department of Business Management aims to create budding managers, entrepreneurs, future faculty members, researchers as well as transformational leaders.

    To develop, design and deliver research based education that equips students to become global management professionals. Our aim is to upgrade knowledge, skills and abilities of the students through industry interface for providing industry ready professionals. We develop our students to interface with stakeholders and management professionals that add to the financial, intellectual, environmental, ethical, cultural and social growth of the nation.
